Kat states: "I am not in a relationship."Kat also divulged she won't be packing up and heading to James' home base: "I am not in any way moving to Texas."Kat also didn't leave out the explanation for why she and Jesse weren't able to ink a commitment with one another, as she tells People: "It was clear to me that we were just on two different paths in life."
