Justin Bieber has been tired and feeling under the weather while in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and his fans weren’t too happy with him.Justin Bieber stepped out onto a balcony from the Copacabana Palace Hotel where he’s staying with Selena Gomez. He waved the Brazilian fan — holding it upside down, oops!He stayed out on the terrace for four minutes and sang “Baby” along with the crowd who was chanting his lyrics. So sweet!
Justin Bieber left the hotel shortly after his appearance and headed to the stadium where his concert is tonight.
