Justin Bieber has plenty of groupies, but his number one fan was on hand for kisses and hugs after his performance in Brazil last night.
About 30 minutes after his arrival, the news of his presence spread throughout the area and fans began to gather outside of the restaurant, some even getting inside the restaurant to talk to Bieber.
